The mission of Malcolm C Hursey Elementary/Middle School is to develop invested relationships between students, staff, families, and the community: to create a child centered, hands on invitational prepared environment where all students are high achievers and act responsibly as global citizens; to learn together in a professional learning community; to provide a positive climate and culture, where respect for self and others through grace and courtesy and a passion for learning are felt, heard and seen.
