CCSD Choice Application for 2025-2026 school year

• January 14, 2025 - Online and paper application window opens at noon

• January 25, 2025 - Virtual Choice Fair
  [School sessions: 10:00 am | 11:00 am; General session: 12:00 pm]

• February 05 & 20, 2025 - Virtual application assistance: 5:00-6:30 pm

• February 11, 2025 - In-person application assistance
  [West Ashley CAS & Cooper River CAS: 5:00-6:30 pm]

• February 21, 2025 - Online and paper application window closes at noon

• April 25, 2025 - Families notified of acceptance via email and Parent Dashboard

• April 30, 2025 - Offered seat must be accepted or declined by noon
  After the first round of offered seats, families have three calendar days from notification date to accept new seat offers

All applications entered within the application period are considered equal.

We have tours during the application period -- please ask your sister-in-law to call in January to see if those have been scheduled.

The application is online, and we do end up with a wait list for each grade.  We will go through the wait list as students accept/decline spots through first semester of 25-26 school year.

Students already attending Hursey do NOT need to apply!  However, sisters and brothers of Hursey students DO need to apply, as well as other students interested in attending Hursey for 25-26 school year, and 8th graders applying to high school.

CCSD Solicitud de elección para el año escolar 2025-2026

Los estudiantes que ya asisten a Hursey NO necesitan presentar una solicitud. Sin embargo, los hermanos y hermanas de los estudiantes de Hursey SÍ deben presentar una solicitud, así como otros estudiantes interesados en asistir a Hursey durante el año escolar 25-26 y los estudiantes de octavo grado que soliciten ingresar a la escuela secundaria.

14 de Enero, 2025 - La ventana de solicitud de elección de escuela se abre al mediodía

21 de Febrero de 2025 - La ventana de envío de solicitudes en línea y entrega de solicitudes en papel cierra al mediodía
